Should I choose Deel or Rippling?+
They are built for different needs. Deel focuses on hiring and paying people in other countries and publishes list prices for its main products. Rippling combines HR, payroll, benefits and IT management in one system and is priced by quote. The better fit depends on where your people are and what you need to manage, so compare quotes for your specific situation.
Which EOR has the lowest published price?+
As of 16 September 2026, of the platforms we cover, Multiplier listed the lowest entry-level Employer of Record price at $459 per person per month on annual billing, followed by Papaya Global from $499, Deel from $599 and Remote at $699. Rippling doesn't publish EOR pricing. These are list prices in US dollars at the time we checked; your actual price can depend on country, headcount, contract terms and the services you need, so confirm with each provider.
Do HiBob and Paylocity offer Employer of Record?+
Based on their published information, no. HiBob is a core HR system with native payroll in the UK and integrations with payroll providers elsewhere. Paylocity is a US payroll and HCM platform that can bring together payroll data for companies with their own entities abroad, and refers EOR needs to a partner. If you need a provider to employ people on your behalf, look at EOR providers such as Deel, Multiplier, Papaya Global, Remote or Rippling.
What is an Employer of Record (EOR)?+
An EOR is a company that legally employs a worker on your behalf in a country where you don't have your own entity. It typically handles the employment contract, payroll, tax withholding and statutory benefits, while the person works for you day to day. It can be quicker than setting up a local entity, but responsibilities and costs vary by provider and country, so get local advice.
Which platform suits a small company?+
It depends on your situation. If you're hiring internationally and want to see prices before speaking to sales, providers that publish list prices, such as Deel, Multiplier and Remote, are easy to compare. If your team is mostly in the US and you want HR and IT tools together, Rippling may be worth a quote. Our quiz can help narrow things down, but it isn't a substitute for comparing quotes and taking professional advice.
