Who we are

PickYourHR is an independent comparison site for global HR, payroll and Employer of Record platforms. You can reach us at hello@pickyourhr.com.

What we collect

Email address — only if you sign up for price-change alerts.
Anonymous usage data — page views and events such as starting the quiz or clicking through to a vendor, collected via Vercel Analytics. This is aggregated, cookieless and does not identify you personally.
Server logs — standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained by our host, Vercel, for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment details, and we never ask for passwords or account credentials.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you when the pricing we track changes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Usage data helps us understand which comparisons are useful and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other sites. We set one first-party cookie (pyhr_click) when you click through to a vendor, so that a referral the vendor reports back to us later can be matched to the click. It holds a random identifier and nothing about you. Full detail is on our cookie policy page.

Sharing

Your email may be processed by our email service provider solely to deliver messages to you. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes requests to serve the site. We disclose data otherwise only where legally required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will action the request within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held with providers that maintain industry-standard safeguards.
