PickYourHR does not set cookies, and does not use similar technologies such as local storage or tracking pixels to follow you. That is why you don't see a cookie banner here.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few actions on the site. It works without cookies and gives us aggregated statistics rather than profiles of individual visitors. More detail is in our privacy policy.
Links to providers
When you follow a link to a provider, we add campaign parameters and a random click identifier to the web address so the provider can tell us whether a referral led to a signup. This is part of the link itself, not a cookie on your device, and it does not contain anything about you.
Other websites
Once you leave PickYourHR, the website you visit decides which cookies it sets. Many providers use cookies for analytics and advertising. Their own cookie and privacy policies apply, and you can usually manage your choices in their cookie banner.

If we ever start using cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
